One such institute is Sandip University, which has a specific Physics department offering a two year resident course for a Master in Physics. Interested students get taught by both resident and visiting faculty on various aspects of physics over the course. There is also is a fully equipped physics lab with all the learning aids that will allow a student to successfully complete his practical studies.

Eligibility Graduation from respective stream or equivalent course or in from any recognized University with minimum 50% marks for general (open) category and 45% marks for students of SC and ST category.
Duration 2 years

1st Year Fee : Rs 45000 per annum

Hostel Fee Rs. 65000 per annum + 5000 security deposit.
